TPO and PVC
Thermoplastic membranes (TPO and PVC) are single ply roof systems with many benefits. They include high reflectivity for energy savings, heat welded seams for greater strength, resistant to foot traffic and punctures, simple to repair, resistant to grease,oil, chemicals, and is ENERGY STAR APPROVED!
BUR-BUILD UP ROOFING
A time tested roof system over 100 years of history. Benefits are durability, easy repair, low maintenance and resistant to traffic and punctures. Tar and gravel is used on roofs with a pitch of no more than 3 inches rise to 12 inches run. This roof is installed by alternating layers of heavy roofing felt and hot asphalt or tar. The final product is coated with a mineral such as gravel.
EPDM
The ethylene propylene diene monomer creates a single layer rubberized roof that is long lasting, UV resistant, and does not require a mineral coating (making the roof lighter than tar and gravel roofs).
Elastometrics Roof Coatings
A spray on rubberized coating that cures into a flexible rubber membrane that is ideal for metal roofs.
Modified
SBS or APP a Polyester Reinforced granular surfaced bitumen cap sheet. Ideal for use over BUR or can be applied as single ply over a base sheet. Benefits are: Available in different colors, resistant to foot traffic and punctures, durable, and low maintenance.
